Project 13 Summary
Summary
CLI:
- Realm enterprise install is quite slow
- Some warnings during installation
- Maybe clear logs after it started
- Repeating "Creating default sidebar" log (not needed)
- Fix the --navbar-background-color to --navbar-bg-color
- Log in to Reunite should be a link
- Connect a git should be a link to the guide
- @Michał Matczuk (mm) didn't understand how to connect the repo initially and couldn't find it easily in the App). He started with remote content
- Not clear what to do with pre-existing files (remove or keep?)
- Change Icon in Git settings is wrong (should be pencil or something like this)
- The warning during "connect remote git" should be more visible! Maybe even double-confirm
Reunite:
- Nice to add to docs some branch name to suggest
- Add wrapper around "Learn more about supported formatting"
- Update part with "ctrl+s" it's out of date
- Add some comparison with Preview and Production previews (before section "Preview your changes")
- "Where is sidebar" we should also show screenshot with "left sidebar"?
- Realm: Empty sidebar - add some fallback
- Realm: Missing default logo or “My project” text in logo as default?
- "Configure sidebars.yaml file" realm docs: use page directly next to the group (Museum api) same as Local development guide
- Missing link to sidebar detailed instruction in section “Configure sidebar”
- We can add some information why we are using
link: /
because it looks like missing path or something, add some comment: “it will redirect to root” - Before "Next steps" we are missing part “MERGE WITH MAIN” - how to create production build?
User interview discussions:
- It went smooth, he knew what he does and what he is looking for.
- Project cards need some improvements - he was stuck on the Project overview page.
- Pricing page needs adjustments with product picker.
- Not clear how to find differences between products?
- Maybe we should have a table view with features and check marks?
- Catalog needs improvements.
- Commit tab was confusing a bit because he was familiar with VS Code and expected to see some way to choose which files to commit.
